Job Description
We are looking for a Backend Sales Executive to join our fast-growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into clients for our IT and Digital Marketing solutions. The role will primarily involve cold calling, conducting online meetings, following up with potential clients, and working towards closing deals, all while maintaining a strong focus on buildingrelationships and driving sales growth. This is an exciting opportunity for female candidates with a strong command of advanced English communication and an interest in IT and digital marketing services, especially for international clients (US, UK, Europe).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Generate new leads for our IT and Digital Marketing services through cold calling, online research, and networking.
- Client Communication: Reach out to potential clients via phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings to understand their needs and offer customized solutions.
- Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with leads to keep them engaged, answer queries, and encourage further action towards closing deals.
- Lead Conversion: Assist the sales team in converting qualified leads into paying clients by presenting the benefits of our IT and digital solutions.
- Virtual Meetings: Conduct online meetings and product presentations to international clients, primarily from the US, UK, and Europe.
- CRM Management: Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate details of lead interactions, progress, and conversions.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and client requirements to continuously improve lead generation efforts and pitch relevant solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and senior management to align on strategy, goals, and sales targets.
Essential Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: Prior experience in a backend sales or lead generation role is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Advanced English Communication Skills: Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from the US, UK, and Europe.
- Client-Facing Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients, understand their business needs, and articulate solutions clearly during calls and virtual meetings.
- Self-Motivated & Target-Oriented: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve lead generation and conversion targets.
- Strong Follow-Up Skills: Persistent in following up with leads and keeping communication open until conversion.

- International Communication: Experience or ability to communicate with clients from the US, UK, and Europe, and understand foreign accents is highly desirable.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of IT services and digital marketing concepts (SEO, social media, content marketing, etc.) is a plus.
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with foreign accents and regional communication styles (US, UK, European English).
- Prior experience in cold calling or handling international clients in a sales or support capacity.
- Knowledge of CRM tools to track and manage sales leads effectively.
