Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.
- SEO & SEM: Optimize website content and structure for better search engine visibility and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) to drive traffic.
- Social Media Marketing: Create, curate, and manage content on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to engage with audiences and build a strong online presence.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging digital content (blog posts, graphics, videos, etc.) to promote products, services, and company updates.
- Email Marketing: Design, implement, and track email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails, to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Analytics & Reporting: Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track and measure campaign performance, generate reports, and suggest improvements.
- Market Research: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve marketing strategies.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the sales, design, and content teams to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with business goals and branding guidelines
Essential Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Any graduate (preferably in Marketing, Business, or Communications).
- Basic Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills: Ability to write compelling and clear content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy, deadlines, and quality of work.
- Creative & Analytical Mindset: Ability to think creatively while also analyzing and interpreting data to improve campaign performance.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: Collaborative attitude, willing to work with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals.
Desirable Skills:
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for content formatting.
- Experience with graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva, etc.) to create basic marketing materials.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Exposure to paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
